This indicates that we have a quality management system that is compliant to a stringent set of standards set forth by the International Organization of Standardization. These standards require UPI to have policies and procedures in place for quality management principles and fundamentals as well as be able to demonstrate the capability of effectively meeting customer and regulatory requirements. UPI has policies and procedures in place for documentation, training, internal assessments, nonconformance (OOS), equipment care, corrective and preventive actions, process control and many others. This assures that UPI’s preparations are prepared with the utmost care and precision each and every time.
